EXISTING MEMBERS
If you have ever registered for any programs or classes, purchased a membership or rented space at a PRRA Managed Facility you are ALREADY A MEMBER on the PRRA Online Services. In this case you need to follow these guidelines:

1. Go to the PRRA Online Services site http://activenet1ca.active.com/portagerecreation
2. Click on My Account in the upper right hand corner
3. Enter your email address under “Already have an Account” & click Forgotten?
4. Re-enter your email address and click Done

A temporary password will be sent to your email address, once received please return to the PRRA Online Services site http://activenet1ca.active.com/portagerecreation and click Log In. Use the same email address with the temporary password to log in.

Once you have logged into the site you will be prompted to change the temporary password.


NEW MEMBERS
If you have never registered for any programs or classes, purchased a membership or rented space at a PRRA Managed Facility you are need to REQUEST A MEMBERSHIP for our Online Services. In this case you need to follow these guidelines:

1. Go to the PRRA Online Services site http://activenet1ca.active.com/portagerecreation
2. Click on Request a New Account
3. Complete all of the required fields
4. Read & Scroll through the Terms of Use
5. Click Submit

Your request will be reviewed by a PRRA staff member and a response to your membership request will be sent to your email address within 3 days of the request.
