Donation Facts

• Donations will support the capital development of the project.
• Financial contributions will receive a donation receipt for income tax purposes by January 31.
• Contributions marked “PCU Centre” can be made at either the City or RM offices.
• Your contribution is an investment in our future as a healthy, active community.
• Investing in Recreation: Is an investment in our children and future.
• Assists in creating accessible, equitable, fun and healthy recreation, sport and leisure opportunities for all ages and abilities.
• Contributes to the quality of life for residents in the City and RM of Portage la Prairie.
• Develops a sense of community and pride.

Public donations of any amount are now being accepted.

The PCU Centre Contribution Plan is an affordable and convenient way to contribute to the multiplex project.

Anyone who is interested in contributing to the project may make monthly payments through authorized automatic withdrawals from their bank account or by Visa or MasterCard.

Donations can be made at any Portage la Prairie bank or credit union.

The Portage Recreation Committee (PRC) is a grass roots committee led by Mr. Brian Gilbert and Mr. Warren Neufeld and supported by community volunteers. The PRC is responsible for capital fundraising for the PCU Centre project.
